🕯️Candlelight Yoga flow🕯️ – Diana & Christel @ Movements

A special Christmas class. Lot’s of candles and extra care with 2 teachers. No extra costs just an extra special class before Christmas at Movements Yoga & Pilates Studio Curaçao.
A class that guides students through a vinyasa flow with lots of time to learn the correct alignments. A flow also features more time in the later part of the class for deep seated stretches.
