Yin Yoga & Thai Massage – A Taster Session at Supernice Wellness Sundays

During this free wellness event, ‘Supernice Wellness Sundays‘ on Curaçao at the Aloe Vera Plantage, Diana and Shalini offer a gentle introduction to Yin Yoga & Thai Massage.

This session is a complete yin yoga class, enriched with one moment of Thai massage, allowing you to experience the essence of this combination in a soft and accessible way.

Unlike our full Yin Yoga & Thai Massage sessions, where participants receive massage in multiple postures, this class is intended as a taster: a chance to feel the synergy between yin yoga and Thai massage, and to explore how they support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Open to all levels. Come as you are and simply experience.
