Peace in the Paddock: Yin & Sound among the horses – 2nd edition

Together with @movements.curacao and @kurapakura, we’re back to offer a healing experience in the heart of nature, under the trees, surrounded by our special horses

Many of the horses are rescues with a past shaped by trauma. Now they live here in peace and love, helping the children of Kurá pa Kura grow in self-awareness and compassion.

During this unique session:
 Gentle yin yoga & sound healing in a trauma-informed space (no physical touch, no triggering language).
 A calm and healing experience, especially supportive for anyone facing mental health challenges.
 Your peaceful presence also soothes our horses.
it’s a healing exchange.

 With or without mental health struggles, you are welcome.
