Since June 2023, I’ve been teaching yoga with dedication across a variety of settings: from studios and physiotherapy clinics to health & fitness clubs and beach resorts. As of May 2025, I have taught over 470 classes, accumulating more than 540 hours of teaching experience.
I specialize in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra, Restorative, and Gentle Flow, offering a calm, accessible approach where breath, awareness, and relaxation take center stage. Whether guiding a regular group, stepping in as a substitute, or offering private classes and special events, I aim to create a safe and welcoming environment with space for both stillness and movement. I teach in both English and Dutch, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and understood in their practice.
In addition to teaching, I have experience in managing studio operations in the absence of the studio owners, ensuring the studio is ready for classes, and hosting students. I also handle administrative duties such as managing class registrations, processing payments, and overseeing client communications, ensuring a smooth experience for both students and the studio.
Yoga is a way to reconnect… with yourself, your body, and the present moment. It’s a joy and a privilege to share that experience with others through my teaching.
As a teacher and student, I know that yoga is a lifelong journey. I’m endlessly curious and never done learning. For me, continuing to explore, deepen, and grow is an essential part of walking the yogic path.
